Jamf apps not downloading from self service

UPDATE: We've since updated to JSS we no longer have this issue. We recently updated our JSS from on the whole it's been a non-event. However, we started to find that some Self Service policies were erroring with the below message post the upgrade. www.doorway.ru also had some errors. Self-service will likely tell them it failed (from time out) but in the background app store will keep chugging along trying to download the package silently. Then it will pop onto the app list and everything will be fine.
